| Phone number testing is performed by a human tester located in a specific country making live outbound test calls over PSTN access. GTT’s human tester then attempts to connect to a customer’s telephone number in a second country in order to test telecommunication quality of service (QoS). GTT’s testers simulate a customer’s client in the first country attempting to make outbound calls from a landline or mobile phone in the first country to sales or technical support lines in a second country. The tester completes one Call Display Record (CDR) per test call and sends the CDS to the customer. The CDRs are compiled, summarized, and provided to the customer.
