What we need from you to perform a phone bill audit?


To conduct an effective phone bill audit and phone bill cost analysis, GTT requires a few items from you before we begin the audit process. During our telecommunications audit and expense analysis, we will need full access to your current phone bill records. To grant our telecommunications consultants the access they need to conduct contract compliance audits and make phone bill management recommendations, we need the proper authorization from you to proceed.

Beyond these documents, GTT will only need a few hours of your staff's time to complete our telecommunications expense analysis process. Our telecom consultant will need to meet with your staff to discuss phone bill audit findings as well as to get your approval to implement money-saving recommendations from our phone bill cost analysis.

Staff time associated with the phone bill audit will depend somewhat upon the complexity of our findings and the savings uncovered, but this process typically requires no more than 4-6 hours.
